Here are some dumbbell workouts for you to try. If you are looking for a number of workouts to get you into shape and you don’t want to go to the gym or have a gym membership, here they are. You will be taught how to work out your back, biceps, triceps, chest and calf muscles. Each 8 sets are done in 4 sets with varying reps between 10-15, with the exception of one set doubling the average reps to a 25 rep long movement, making sure you definitely feel the burn.
